
Thank you! Well, back in high school I didn’t work-out or anything because I had a fast metabolism so I ate anything I wanted and I still remained skinny.
Nowadays, I can still eat a lot and not gain a lot of weight but it catches up to me so I go to the gym at least 3-4 days a week. When I do go to the gym, I work on my entire body head to toe. I start off with 45-60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, then I work on my shoulders, biceps, tricepts and my back. After that I work on my abs. (I try to do Manny Pacquiao’s ab routine but I do my little version of it). Then I do my lunges and squats to work on my butt. After that, I work on my calves, quads, and hamstrings.
I am on no particular diet. When I finally buy a juicer, I would like to try the whole “juicing diet” with the detoxing for a week because I do eat a lot of junk food.
